Q1. How to make a purchase from the official website?
You can call our sales team at (+844) 540-1420 to place an order or shortly you could order through our website (our website will soon have online ordering). We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card, as well as cashier’s checks and money orders by mail. Do note, however, that cashier’s checks and money orders are a little slower to obtain; when we get that cashier’s check or money order, we will contact you to verify your order and ship it out according to our delivery commitment.
Q2. What components come with used engines when I make an order?
The engine assembly that will be received will include the main internal parts, such as the block, head, piston, camshaft, and crankshaft, as well as other components. Additional parts, such as change-over accessories and items that may show wear and tear, may also be included but will not be covered by warranty and will not be charged for.
Q3. How long will it take to receive the order?
Generally, deliveries are completed within 7-10 working days, not including bank holidays and Saturdays/Sundays. In exceptional instances, unforeseen events can lead to a hold-up in the delivery schedule.
Q4. Will I be delivered with the exact parts I have searched for?
Original equipment manufacturer auto parts are compatible across various years, brands, and vehicle models. Parts used across multiple years will provide a precise fit for various makes and models, as specified by the standards of the original equipment manufacturer.
Q5. What if I have to return the purchased product or exchange it for another?
No refund will be granted more than 10 days following the date of purchase. All returns and exchanges shall be in their original state. Products must be returned in new, original condition to be eligible to receive a refund or exchange. If you have removed any components from our engine or transmission. please put them back on the product before submitting the return.
Q6. What is the process for addressing an engine or transmission failure?
If there is a problem with an engine or transmission purchased from Used Engines Inc. Please contact us to seek guidance. We will work together with you or at the auto repair shop to address the problem. While the component in question is still in place within the vehicle. The team has experience in identifying and solving problems to reduce losses in terms of time and money. Q7. Can I arrange to pick up my auto parts at your location?
We cannot offer a pickup at our location, as our inventory is distributed around our supplier locations. Shipping within the continental United States is free of charge.
Q8. In case you experience any problems in the engine or transmission, how am I supposed to solve the problem?
In case you are experiencing a problem with an engine or transmission purchased from Used Parts Junction, please call us before you do anything else: We will work together with you and the auto shop to come up with a solution as the item sits in the vehicle. Our service team has been trained extensively on what to look for and how to solve the most difficult problems. The goal is to limit downtime and additional expenses when reinstalling. If it can’t be sorted using the vehicle equipment, we will give you the necessary steps to secure a warranty engine or transmission for yourself.
